Local Expert Series presents: A Poetry Workshop led by Maggie Hare
Join us in the garden on Sunday, 10/11, 1-3pm. Early fall is the perfect time to soak in the last bits of warmth. We'll spend the afternoon reading and discussing a smattering of odes, the poetic form of praise, and then I'll provide a series of prompts to guide you in writing your own. I'll provide a packet of poems for you to read during the workshop and then take home with you, but please bring a notebook and pen or pencil!
